Since 1997, the Community Foundation Serving Greeley and Weld County has helped people invest in Weld County. Utilizing our unique knowledge of the community, expertise in best practices in philanthropy, and sound management of assets, we are a trusted broker between those with philanthropic resources – individual donors, families, and organizations – and nonprofit organizations meeting community needs. 

We are dedicated to building a community of givers who provide a permanent source of money available for charitable investments throughout Weld County. We are here to inspire and work with donors to design gift plans that fit your charitable wishes and make responsive grants to nonprofit organizations working within the community.  In addition, the Community Foundation works to strengthen our nonprofit sector, and takes leadership positions on critical issues in the region.
