• what the law is currently;
• what are the prospects for retroactive enactment back to January 1, 2010;
• what the law is scheduled to be in 2011;
• what we think the law is likely to be; and
• how we are planning in this time of uncertainty and change.

This program is approved for 2 hours of continuing education credit for CFP’s and insurance professionals. The course level is basic to intermediate. A certificate will be provided to assist those who complete the course in meeting the reporting requirements.
